Returns Information

  • We do not offer refunds for returns; instead, we issue an Online Voucher that does not expire.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is covered and paid by the customer and is non-refundable.

Final Sale and Sample Items

  • Returns not accepted unless the item is faulty or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

Exclusions

  • Earrings, Hats, Headwear, and Undergarments cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached & original packing intact.
  • Swimwear returns are not accepted if the hygiene sticker is removed.
  • Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Covered and paid by the customer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Standard shipment Express not required; return shipment times not included.

Faulty or Wrong Item Received

  • Loose threads are not deemed as faulty.
  • Initial shipping charges for faulty products will be refunded once the product is received and assessed.

Change of Mind

  • Returns accepted for non-sale items due to a change of mind for store credit only.

Refunds

  • Only store credits for returned items unless the product is deemed faulty by our Returns Team.

Processing Times

  • Aim to process returns within 2-3 business days, up to 5 business days during high volumes.
  • Voucher emailed once return processed.

Exchanges

  • Cannot process exchanges; place a new order for replacement size, color, or alternative item/s.

Rejected Returns

  • Goods not approved through quality control may be returned at customer’s cost or destroyed.
